Sessions are open to all and cover a range of ways to cope with the everyday stresses of life.
“Breathing meditation is a proper workout for the mind – it has been proven to improve concentration, attention and working memory. But what can you do when your mind is overactive and doesn’t want to let you focus on your breath?
